1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of Mining Tracker. The service is currently operated privately as a beta project and is currently provided free of charge.
2. Purpose of the service
Mining Tracker is a monitoring, documentation and evaluation tool for Bitcoin mining. The service can retrieve and consolidate information from supported mining pools and provide historical records and exports.
Mining Tracker does not hold Bitcoin, does not control user wallets and does not initiate mining-pool payouts.
3. Beta status and availability
Mining Tracker is under active development. Functions may contain errors, change or be temporarily unavailable. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability, a specific feature set or permanent free use.
4. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data and credentials they provide and for ensuring that they are permitted to use the connected mining-pool accounts.
Credentials must be kept confidential. Accounts must not be made available to unauthorised third parties.
5. Third-party services
Some functions depend on external mining pools and other technical services. Mining Tracker cannot guarantee the availability, correctness or continued compatibility of third-party interfaces.
6. Reports and evaluations
Reports, fiat valuations and other evaluations are provided as technical aids. They do not constitute tax, legal, financial or investment advice. Users remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it for legal, tax or financial purposes.
7. Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable law. In particular, no guarantee is given that data supplied by external services is complete, correct or continuously available.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where this is necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or discontinuation of the beta service.
9. Changes
These terms may be adjusted when Mining Tracker or its operating conditions change. The current version is published on this page.
